FREE UK RETURNS SERVICE

Extended Returns Policy – COVID-19:

The last thing we want you to be is worrying about your  return. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your new unopened products, and we do require your receipt or proof of purchase.  We will of course make additional exceptions on a case-by-case basis where necessary.

 

UK ROYAL MAIL RETURNS

 

1. Complete the Postal Returns Note and enclose with your item/s inside your parcel.
2. Make sure you obtain a 'proof of postage' certificate which you should retain until you've received your refund.
3. Once we've received your parcel it can take up to 10 working days to process your refund.

 

EUROPEAN & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Ensure your item/s are securely wrapped and insert your completed Postal Returns Note.

1. Post the parcel at your local Post Office and make sure you obtain a 'Proof of Postage' certificate which you should retain until you've received your refund.
2. Send you returned items to:

Please allow up to 30 working days for refunds to reach the UK and be processed.
